Consolidation of Rental Companies within the Triton Group

Following divisional restructuring of the Triton Group the Equipment Rental companies will now fall under one global brand.

We are pleased to announce that as from the 1st of May 2010 the following
companies are being consolidated and will become DPS Offshore:

• Dynamic Positioning Services Limited Aberdeen
• Dynamic Positioning Services AP Singapore
• DPS Tooling Rental Aberdeen
• Subco Underwater Equipment Limited Lowestoft
• Equipment & Technical Services Inc Houston
